Simon Duncan is the founder of SHD Solutions Ltd. He holds 37 years of commercial experience within the retail industry. Since setting up his consultancy in 2019, he now specializes in negotiations, either complete end to end supply chain strategies and or delivering thought provoking and engaging negotiation workshops.
The robust structure and frameworks explained in this interactive workshop will significantly support attendees in their preparation and execution of negotiations, both strategically and physiologically.
It will create confidence, control and true understanding of the art of negotiation, allowing delegates to secure long term commercially sustainable agreements going forward.
The workshop will run from 10.30AM to 3PM on Friday, 23rd February 2024, and begin promptly on time. This is a full-day workshop with lunch provided at 12.30pm. Spaces are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
