Masters of Scale in Partnership with London & Partners: Scale-up Leaders – SOLD OUT

Thursday 19th May  from 1pm to 5pm

This is an opportunity for members to meet peers in person and discuss the challenging realities of being a business leader.

This will be an interactive workshop focusing on addressing leadership and growth challenges, understanding how to break these down and use them to build a resilient business. It will be the chance to share real-life experiences with a network of like-minded leaders and entrepreneurs and create your own support network.

Our opening keynote will be from Rajesh Agrawal, Deputy Mayor for Business – we will utilise this opportunity for him to share a few tips with the audience on building and scaling a business given his own founder story.

We will approach Natalie Campbell (Belu Water) to share her experience and provide examples of how she overcame challenges as a leader, how she maintains work/life balance, and her decisions around becoming a co-CEO before breaking out into round table discussions.

The second lineup of panelists will be entrepreneurs who have successfully scaled following challenges, like brand, pivoting your business and building resilience.

Agenda:

  • 1pm: Arrival and lunch
  • 2:30pm: Talk and panel discussion
  • 3:30pm: Break followed by round table discussions and Q&A
  • 5pm: Reception and networking with drinks and  canapes in the Unicorn Bar
