After the property market boom of last year, with buyers rushing to take advantage of the temporary cut to stamp duty, what exactly happened in 2022? Well needless to say, a chain of political events and global movements in the economy have impacted the industry and we have certainly seen current uncertainty around the property market  sparked by lenders withdrawing hundreds of deals and mortgage rates rising in the wake of September’s mini-budget.  What better time to host a quiz in considering movements!

Whether you are in the industry  or simply just love getting involved with a quiz, our annual property quiz is always an evening packed with fun, general property questions and a few glasses of cheer in celebration of the year, or, to bring in a better one next year….  Hosted by property and legal innovation and strategy specialist, Pippa Watmough, as Quizmaster.

This year  we are supporting Shelter – The housing and homelessness charity – Entry for  the quiz is free and includes a drink upon arrival. Please bring some cash for raffle tickets and voluntary charity contribution on the evening.

Please note this is a light hearted quiz and is certainly not just for property investors / professionals.
