Hosted by Bluebox, a renowned corporate finance advisory firm and Artorius Wealth Management, this evening is tailored for business owners and entrepreneurs considering selling their business or exploring strategic exit options. We have the pleasure of partnering with Helena Pratt and James Goddard from Artorius Wealth Management for this event, who provide financial advice to clients across both their business and personal assets.
Bluebox CEO, Paul Herman, and COO of ME+EM, a rapidly growing omnichannel women’s apparel retailer Phil Mickler, will be chatting about how to achieve a successful sale by delving into all of the things that can possibly go wrong during the process. Phil, an Accountant who started his career in the fledgling Ocado business and has worked with some of the UK’s leading omnichannel fashion brands including Diesel, Jack Wills and Whistles will provide some invaluable insights into fundraising, building a business and exits in the exciting areas of online and fashion.
The evening will unfold as follows:
