The Founders’ Exchange: Untold Stories of Entrepreneurship is set to be a truly special evening. For our inaugural Founder Exchange Night, entrepreneurs Vinay Jayaram and Samantha Seaton will share the realities of building their ventures, Envizage and CAPAdata, and the challenges that come with navigating tough boardroom dynamics and complex shareholder relationships. They’ll share what happens when things don’t go according to plan – moments of misalignment, irrational behaviours, and difficult pivots and how they found the resilience to move forward.
The evening will conclude with intimate breakout Q&A sessions, where you’ll have the opportunity to sit down in small groups with both founders for open dialogue and personalised advice. This event will give you a behind-the-scenes look at the highs and lows of entrepreneurship
Meet the Speakers
Vinay Jayaram
Vinay is the CEO and co-founder of Envizage, a platform that helps banks, insurers, and asset managers empower customers with forward-looking financial insights. Before founding Envizage, Vinay spent 16 years at Morgan Stanley, leading capital markets in APAC and financial institutions in EMEA. The patented methodology behind Envizage originated at Morgan Stanley and was later spun out to form the foundation of the company.
Samantha Seaton
Currently CEO of CAPAdata, Samantha is a serial fintech founder and data visionary. She previously scaled Moneyhub, raising over £70 million and pushing the boundaries of what intelligent data can achieve. As Co-Chair of the Smart Data Council, Samantha is shaping national policy and driving sector-wide transformation across finance, health, transport, property, and more. She is a tireless advocate for consumer empowerment through data, and a pioneer in AI-driven innovation.
