Led by Romy, who has been teaching Pilates since 2019, this class will focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and toning your body while keeping you motivated with upbeat music. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned enthusiast, Romy’s creative and energizing approach ensures you get a great workout while also lengthening and stretching your muscles.
Brunch to Follow: After your workout, enjoy a healthy, delicious brunch with your fellow members. It’s the perfect opportunity to relax, recharge, and socialize in a vibrant, welcoming environment.
